Designers from all over the world, emerging or seasoned professionals are invited to participate in Runway Dallas Fashion events. We are ready to bring you an event of FASHION, STYLE AND BUSINESS. This event is expected to be a grand High-End Fashion event that will set the bar for many more to come. Join us and be a part of the event that we've all been waiting for. Designers are welcomed to showcase your creative talents and skills to gain the professional and positive exposure to advance your brands to the next level. Designer collections must be production ready.
Designers have the awesome opportunity to benefit from Runway Dallas partners to help promote, market and sell your products.
Hair, makeup and models can be provided. However, each designer is welcomed to select their own models, make-up artist, hairstylist and fashion stylist at their own expense.
There are a few basic requirements for all Designers:
1) Designer must select a designer package level and abide by the requirements listed for that level (Information on packages will be sent upon receipt of your application and participation fee
2) Run of show information must be provided with instructions and/or photos detailing how each model's hair/makeup should be styled.
3) Model, make-up artist, hairstylist and/or fashion stylist information must be provided- if you are making the selection outside of our group of selected models, make-up artists, hairstylists and/or fashion stylists.
4) Designers must fill out the info for your look books and price sheets to be provided on your behalf at the event. This information and template will be provided to you upon completion of your application process.
*5) All fashion designs that are selected to walk the runway must be appropriate in the sense that they do not expose private body parts, do not present the models in a sexual or provocative manner, and the music selections must be appropriate in nature.
**We value our Designers, Participants and Guests and aim to present a showcase that represents that. Our goal is to present your creative and beautiful collection in the best light so that it appeals to professional Buyers, Boutiques owners and Stockists to potentially purchase your brand and/or sell them in their stores.
More information will be provided once the designers have been selected.
DESIGNERS PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON DESIGNERS SELECTION, ANY DESIGNERS THAT HAVE SUBMITTED PAYMENT AND HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED TO SHOWCASE THEIR DESIGNS IN THAT SHOW , A 100% REFUND WILL BE DEPOSITED BACK TO THE DESIGNERS ACCOUNT WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. WE AIM TO HONOR AND RESPECT ALL FUNDS SUBMITTED FOR THE PURPOSE IN WHICH THEY WERE PROVIDED AND IN TURN THE RETURN THEREOF.
However, if you are selected as a designer in Runway Dallas Fashion Event, the balance of your participation fee will be due no later than a month out from show date. Deposits and full payments of those participating designers are non-refundable after 30 days of receipt by Runway Dallas.
